Hybrid: 1 day on-site / 1 day remote
Part-time: 2 days per week (40%)
We are looking for a Records Management & Archiving Consultant to support a major EU finaicial organisation in strengthening its records and information management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of the records management and archiving function.
- Providing expert advice and assisting in implementing SharePoint Online records management functionalities, as well as an electronic archiving system integrated with SharePoint Online.
- Liaising with the external service provider of the archiving system and implementing a new filing structure covering both physical and electronic records for long-term or permanent preservation.
- Supporting the development and testing of a direct interface between SharePoint Online and the archiving system.
- Coordinating and supporting divisions in preparing and implementing their respective classification plans for digital archives.
- Supporting the design and implementation of internal tools and interfaces to improve letter registration and approval processes.
We are seeking a consultant with:
- Strong expertise in records management and archiving systems.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and integration projects.
- Knowledge of classification plans and long-term digital preservation practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical, expert guidance.
