As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Lending Division’s applications supporting adn enabling the green energy transition across Europe. Interested? Share your CV showing how you meet the following criteria:

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and release management in a DevOps environment
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices
  • Experience with Sybase and Oracle databases
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Unix bash, Groovy, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or equivalent)
  • Experience with web applications (Tomcat, nginx, Apache)
  • Familiarity with code versioning systems (GitHub, Azure DevOps)

Competencies:

  • Release management: planning, reporting progress, risks, and issues
  • Incident management: analysis, risk and impact assessment, follow-up, and coordination
  • OS (Linux/Windows system performance monitoring and debugging)
  • Middleware JBOSS EAP or equivalent
  • Sybase, Oracle SQL
  • Tools: GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira, Azure DevOps, Ansible
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong coordination and cooperation skills

We are looking for an autonomous, empathetic person, used to resolving issues and thinking logically, with the ability to work within small development teams. This is a Hybrid role based in Kirchberg, Luxembourg.

Applicants should be able to start on 01/01/2025. This position can be offered as either a CDI or a long-term freelance contract.
