We are currently looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team in support of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante. This hybrid role combines remote work with periodic onsite presence, subject to agreement with the Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Suggest improvements for e-learning modules and revise draft modules as needed.
- Participate in meetings to discuss instructional design and pedagogical strategies.
- Provide expert advice and feedback for the creation and improvement of online learning content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in online and blended learning environments.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a focus on content management and course publication.
- Experience with Moodle is considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to revise and enhance e-learning modules and digital learning materials.
- Pedagogical expertise in the development and support of learning products and programmes.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer care orientation.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports in English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and adhere to service level agreements.
- Minimum C1 level of English (as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
