Project Support Officer

Join our team in Bangkok, Thailand, supporting a long-term project for the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). The assignment is scheduled to commence in early March 2026 and offers the opportunity to contribute to a sustained international cooperation initiative in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Report to and support the Project Leader and central team
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including reports, work plans, terms of reference, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain accurate project records and filing systems
  • Support the organisation and logistics of project activities and missions (travel, accommodation, venues, visas, materials, and participant coordination)
  • Assist in identifying and liaising with local service providers and event-related suppliers
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local stakeholders, including meeting coordination and correspondence
  • Manage office equipment, supplies, and consumable
  • Support logistics coordination, resource monitoring (including petty cash), and oversight of contracts with local providers

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in South-East Asia
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in organizing and managing events
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including the ability to use the project management tool specified by EUIPO
  • Solid experience with reporting methodologies and project documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to apply high-quality standards across all tasks and deliverables
  • Proven capability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment
  • Self-starter with strong teamwork skills and the ability to understand the needs, objectives, and constraints of multiple disciplines and functions
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)
  • Highly desirable professional experience in the implementation of international cooperation projects, particularly those funded by the European Union
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
