CHARLES OAKES & CO. AWARDED PLACE IN ALL 3 LOTS OF EUROPEAN COMMISSION’S €3.5 BILLION DIGIT TM3 FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
Multi-year IT services framework in consortium with Tata Consulting Services (TCS)
LUXEMBOURG, 3 July 2026 — Charles Oakes & Co. are pleased to announce we have won places in the European Commission’s DIGIT TM3 Framework Agreement — a four-year, €3.5 billion contract covering Time & Materials IT services.
In consortium with Tata Consulting Services, we have secured places in all three lots of the framework:
- Lot 1 — Far-site services, delivered remotely from within the EU
- Lot 2 — Near-site services in Belgium (Brussels and Geel)
- Lot 3 — Near-site services in other EU countries, including Luxembourg and the Joint Research Centre sites

Supporting the Digital Backbone of the European Union
Awarded by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Informatics (DG DIGIT), DIGIT-TM III is the successor to DIGIT-TM II and will provide IT expertise to the Commission and participating EU institutions, bodies and agencies across the full digital-solution lifecycle — from project management, architecture and design through development, integration, operations, and data and AI services.
