Over the next four years we will be supporting European Institutions at key locations including Brussels and Geel (BE), Luxembourg, Ispra (IT), Seville (SP), Petten (NE), County Meath/Grange (IR), and Karlsruhe (DE) through DIGIT-TM III. As we grow our delivery capability, we are seeking operational and service-oriented professionals who help keep critical business systems running, supported, adopted and continuously improved. 

If you have experience supporting enterprise digital services, managing IT operations, coordinating rollouts, delivering training, or ensuring service excellence, we would like to hear from you.

Successful candidates will typically have experience in IT service management, operations support, user engagement, training delivery, incident management, rollout coordination, platform administration, business continuity, and service improvement. Experience with ITIL practices, enterprise platforms, support tools and operational governance is highly valued.
